Sigur.info Consortium

In the fall of 2007, Save the Children Romania, Positive Media and Focus - Romanian Center for Missing and Sexually Exploited Children initiated a Consortium for the development of the Sigur.info project in the Safer Internet Plus program of European Union.

The Sigur.info project was launched in Romania in mid 2007. Before Sigur.info, it was the Genium.ro project, a search engine for Romania with safe resources that focuses on awareness and useful information regarding safe search on internet for children.
