Sigur.info Blog launch

Starting with January 2010 Sigur.info Consortium develops a new project: Sigur.info blog. This blog is a completion to Sigur.info portal and Sigur.info forum offering children and teens the possibility to create their own online content where they express their opinions and vision regarding various aspects of virtual life proposed as discussion themes by Sigur.info team.

Official launch of the blog was on January 11 2010 by starting the contest "Surf safe on Sogur.info blog" at the blog.sigur.info address. Children and teens whit ages between 10 and 21 years were invited to participate with written materials where to present the most interesting experienced lived on the internet. The contest took place for three months (January 11 - April 11 2010) on two age categories: 10-15 years and 16-21 years. Each week the Sigur.info team designated 2 winners (one for each age category) and gave them as awards IT products.
