Safer Internet centers

Safer Internet centers or nodes, exits in 27 European countries , being made up of awareness centers, Hotlines and Helplines (phone assistance lines).

Nodes are responsible for increasing awareness among children, teachers and parents regarding internet risks they expose them selves each day.

Hotlines are phone lines or civil points where people can report illegal or harmful online contents, children abuse over the internet, etc.

Helplines are phone lines that advise children, parents and teachers regarding internet safety and direct cases to competent authorities.
