Printer (computing)

In computers, the printer is a peripheral that realizes a physical copy of electronic documents (texts or images) stored in the computer. The printing is usually realized on paper, stickers, etc.

There are local printers, that are attached to a computer to which they communicate with and there are network printers that are shared within a network of computers and can be accessed by any computer in that specific network.
