Contact list

The contact list is a collection of contacts included in a instant messaging application, e-mail, online games, phones, etc. In a list you can add, deny or delete contacts.

Such lists can be used to form contact networks or social networks. The list does not represent a network, to become one a list requires additional information like state or contact category. This given, contact networks can be generated from a list.
