National Authority to Protect Child's Rights was founded at January 1 2005 operating as specialized body of central public administration in Romania with legal personality subordinated to Ministry of Labor, Family and Social Protection.

ANPDC has the mission to ensure that child's rights are respected in Romania by through intervention in the law, in judicial and administrative procedures regarding compliance with child rights.

Within Sigur.info project, ANISP Romania is Advisory Board member and involved partner in all activities.
