1080p

Full HD or 1080p is the short for a HDTV video category modes. The 1080 number represents 1080 lines on the vertical resolution and the p letter stands for progressive scanning, which means that the image is not interlaced. 1080p can be mentioned as Full HD of Complete High Definition although 1080i (interlaced) is also Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels). The terms refers to a wide aspect the report being 16:9 implying a horizontal resolution of 1920 pixels. So it's formed a frame resolution of 1920 x 1080.
